KRS-One recently came through Seattle, Tac-town and the "O" for a lecture/concert tour hitting up universities and clubs. I had the privilage of not only going to the show in Tacoma, but the show and lecture in Oly. KRS, being "The Teacher" and a hip hop icon was all I needed to know when planning out the couple days he was in town.
Knowledge... was... dropped.
A week leading up to the events my man Luvva-J had KRS drop some science on his show on KAOS 89.3FM. The interview he gave on air was a condensed version of the lecture I sat in on.
